Sunflower microgreens are the young and tender sprouts of the sunflower plant. They are harvested when they are about 1-2 inches tall and are known for thier crunchy texture and nutty flavour. Sunflower microgreens have a mild and nutty flavour, similar to sunflower seeds. They add a pleasant crunch and a hint of sweetness to dishes.

Sunflower microgreens are highly nutritious. They are rich in vitamin A, B complex, C and E.
